Vcare is a platform that provides private and secure health vault services and consultation services to its users. With the health vault service, users can manage all their medical cases, appointments, and other medical records in one place, providing them with a digital overview of their medical journey. Users can upload their medical records, including diagnostic reports and doctor prescriptions, either from third-party service providers or directly from themselves.
It is important to note that the accuracy and completeness of the information uploaded to the health vault depend on the information provided by the user or their authorised third-party service provider. Vcare acts as a facilitator for the storage and communication of this information, and does not alter the information in any way. Vcare will not be liable for any losses or injuries suffered by the user or any other person relying on the information provided in the health vault.
The consultation service provided by Vcare connects users with medical experts for general consultations. While Vcare takes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided on the medical experts is accurate and updated, they will not be liable for any inaccuracies or incompleteness of such information. Vcare makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the professional qualifications, quality of work, or expertise of the medical experts providing the consultation service, and will not be liable for any claims of malpractice, negligence, or deficiency of services.
It is important to note that the consultation service is not intended for physical interventions or medical emergencies, such as accidents, bleeding injuries, burns, or sexual abuse/assault. If a user requires physical attention or care of a medical expert, or is suffering from a medical emergency, they are urged not to use the consultation service. The use of the consultation service is at the user's own discretion, and Vcare will not be liable for any injury or loss that may result from the user's judgement.
Prescriptions made by the medical expert during the consultation service are at their sole discretion and are not considered accurate, final, or conclusive. The use of any medical drugs prescribed by the medical expert during the consultation service is at the user's own risk and responsibility. By availing the consultation service, the user consents to Vcare recording, saving, and storing the consultation for record purposes. Vcare may review such data for quality evaluation purposes, but will not access any information that identifies the user and will either omit, mask, or anonymize the user's personal information.
The Portal is a platform that facilitates the provision of "Services" (as described in Paragraph 1 below and shall include such other services that may be made available on the Platform in future). The access and use of the Portal by users/visitors ("User(s)" or "you" or "your" or "yourself") for availing the Services inter alia by (i) Vcare, and/or (ii) third party medical and healthcare professionals or institutions ("Medical Experts"), shall be governed in accordance with these Terms of Use read along with the privacy policy set out (together referred to as "Agreement"). The Medical Experts are collectively referred to as the "Third Party Service Providers".
The Users may freely browse through the Portal, however, in order to avail the Services, Users would be required to register on the Portal. By accessing the Portal, registering or any other means of usage herein, the User shall be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms of Agreement without requiring any other express, implied or other consent requirement in writing or otherwise.
Vcare reserves the right to add, modify, amend, cancel, limit, vary or change, either wholly or in part, at any point in time, the Agreement, without prior notice. Further, Vcare Reference reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, alter, modify, change or vary the Portal, the Portal features, the Portal content, Services or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. All modifications/amendments to the Agreement will be posted on the Portal and will become effective immediately upon such posting on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after such change or modification shall be deemed to be your agreement to the revised/modified Agreement. Please review these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy regularly to remain informed of any change. If you do not agree to the Agreement, please discontinue using this Portal immediately.

- Vcare may record and store the consultation for record purposes and may review such data for quality evaluation purposes but will not access information that identifies the user.
- The user consents to Vcare recording, saving, and storing the consultation for record purposes.
3. Disclaimer
- The use of Vcare's services is at the user's own discretion and risk.
- Vcare will not be liable for any loss or injury that may result from the user's judgement.
- Vcare provides the services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- The services provided by Vcare are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
- Vcare makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the services or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the services for any purpose.
- The user acknowledges that any reliance on any information provided by Vcare is at their own risk.
4. User Responsibility
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
- The user is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
- The user must immediately notify Vcare of any unauthorised use of their account.
5. Changes to the Service
- Vcare reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.
- Vcare will not be liable to the user or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
6. Intellectual Property
- The content and information on Vcare's platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- The user may not use any content or information for commercial purposes or for any unauthorised purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability

- Vcare's liability to the user for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by the user to Vcare for the services.
8. Indemnification
- The user agrees to indemnify and hold Vcare, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of the services, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vcare operates.
- The user agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which Vcare operates.
10. Termination
- Vcare reserves the right to terminate the user's access to the services, without prior notice, at any time and for any reason.
- Upon termination, the user's right to use the services will immediately cease.
- The user agrees that Vcare will not be liable to the user or any third party for termination of the user's access to the services.
11. No Endorsements
- Vcare does not endorse any third-party service providers or medical experts who provide services through the Vcare platform.
- Any references to third-party service providers or medical experts on the Vcare platform are for informational purposes only and do not imply any endorsement or recommendation by Vcare.
12. No Medical Emergency Services
- Vcare does not provide medical emergency services, and users should not use the Vcare platform for any medical emergencies.
- If a user requires medical attention for a medical emergency, they should immediately seek help from a local hospital or emergency medical services.
13. No Unlawful Use
- The user agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The user may not use the services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to, unauthorised access to Vcare's systems or networks, transmission of viruses or other malicious code, or interference with the services.
